Bike-a-thon! (outfit post/life post.)

Yay for another outfit post! I love doing these! Ok so, I loved this outfit. Neon is my obsession...and I love crop tops. I took all these pictures with  my ipod in the church bathroom after the 25 mile bikathon haha.

FUN FACT: I only wear pink if it is neon. :) (some exceptions, I guess but hardly any. pink=yuck.)

So here is where I talk about the bikathon! It was actually really fun although incredibly painful.

We got to the church at 6:00 am and then we all got into vans/trucks/cars and got to the lake where the bike trail was. We all took a picture and then we were off. The first few miles weren't bad at all, and it was incredibly peaceful. There was a heavy fog over the lake and it was beautiful, and the sun came out while I was riding and that was gorgeous too.

For the first 15 miles or so, I was pretty much riding by myself.

So around mile 15, well maybe mile 10, my friend Christian started riding with me and we finished it off together. It was nice having someone to talk to while riding, it made the last few miles pass quickly.

We found a turtle!!! (it's peeing....haha)

He was like, "No, I wanna be in the picture too!" So I had to take another one. haha

So at the end, I was EXTREMELY sore and exhausted, but I am not as sore today as I was expecting to be, probably because I ate bananas (YUCK!), took a hot epsom salt bath, and some ibuprofen.

We raised a lot of money from the bikathon, and it was a lot of fun. :) I don't want to do another one though haha

I'm also proud of myself for going all 25 miles!!! :)

Sick day

I stayed home sick today. It's alright I don't mind a day off school. I do want to get better though.

I'm spending my day in bed but I might bake cookies later and go out for ice cream with my dad, my friend, my siblings, and my friends little sisters who turned 9 a few days ago. :)

I'm also talking to my best friend in Arizona about basketball. I'm a HUGE basketball fan. Go Lakers!!!!! Playoffs started so we are sooooo excited. We like different teams though. Haha

guys!! (random ramble post)

I am NEVER on anymore ever. I really need to get my computer to let me go on blogger. I was able to use my iPod for blogger, but my computer (also due to that nasty virus) destroyed all my cables so I couldn't charge it! My friend has it now (to charge it. :D) and I am going to buy a wall charger for it.

So, I am on my dad's computer, and I realized I have some pictures on here from a while ago and I thought I'd share them with you all.

I've been going to the beach A LOT lately and I have no problem whatsoever with that. :) I was there for a party a few days ago and one of our friends got stung by a stingray! I've never even seen a stingray in the water before. It ripped a tendon in his foot and he was in sooooo much pain. He is doing better now, of course. :)

I thank God for my friends. Two of my closest friends are up there. We may not always get along, but we've got each others backs. I love you girls. You're the bestest. :D

Arizona

I had the best time in Arizona. If I had a choice I probably wouldn't have come home. I miss the people there so much!

This is somewhere in California, probably 90 miles from Arizona. There were SOOOO many windmills. The windmills provide electricity for a huge area, and there were so many of them. Literally, thousands. This picture shows a tiny little section.

The Colorado River!!! It was awesome seeing it. I guess because it's historical or something. haha. And it's cool because we were standing in California, looking at Arizona on the other side of the river. Where we were standing it was like 10:30 am, and where we were looking it was like 11:30 am. Pretty cool lol.

After FOREVER (188 miles that seemed forever because it was desolate desert), we reached Arizona! 2 and a half hours and 167 miles left to go!

We stopped at this cool little town called Quartzsite. They had a bazillion rocks from all over the world.

We made it to Phoenix....(which looks like Downtown LA :D)

Where we drove through a super cool tunnel.

After Phoenix we reached our destination! We got settled in our hotel and got ready for the revival.

Beach Pictures. :)

I just got done painting my nails, eating a million cookies, and receiving all the beach pictures from my friend, so I  decided to post them. My friend isn't into photography and didn't take a lot of photos, so I am kind of disappointed, but it's all right. At least we get some pictures. :)

And it made for terrible lighting....lol I am the brunette, my bestie is the blonde.

I like this picture because it clearly shows there is no lifeguard on duty. lol They were on top of the lifeguard station.

That is the lifeguard station they were planking on. I took this picture back in May 2011.

This was a great picture. My bestie fell backwards onto Christian (the guy, and we all fell lol as the camera captured the moment.)

We went to the most disgusting beach. lol It is the most polluted beach in California, and that might just be official.

There you can see the nastiness. I would prefer to go to a blue water beach, and obviously, this is not my first choice of beach. The water is blue...sometimes. It's mostly gross and green. It's the closest beach though, and we didn't go to swim.
