i have started a new blog

I've started a new blog! I explain why over in that post. Check it out if you want :) I will no longer be writing here haha which is pretty obvious...I haven't posted in months!

Hopefully I can get back into blogging! It would help me if you guys left a comment over on my new blog so that I could easily find your blogs to follow again as I am using my new gmail account over there.

I have given up on blogging.

I miss blogging! It was so fun and I was super into it, but these days, I have instagram to keep you all updated on my ever so interesting life.

I don't want to be done with blogging, but until I get my own laptop (praying it will be very very soon!) I can basically never ever blog.

I have posts I wanted to write.

Mainly that I met one blogger friend! (Chasity)

And I'm meeting another (Tabitha) very soon.

It would be an absolute sin not to write about those meetings!

Oh, I also have a youtube channel which is rather embarrassing haha, but you can keep up with me there if you would like.

Hello everyone!

It has been so long since I have blogged. I used to love blogging and now it's like I have completely forgotten about it!

I don't have regular access to a computer, and blogging from my phone...is terrible, so I just haven't blogged at all.

Many exciting things have happened in my life recently and I would LOVE to blog about it, but I am pressed for time today.

I hope to soon have a laptop of my own, but I have had so many expenses in the recent months that my money seems to fly away the second it is placed into my hands.

Thanks to anyone who is still around and who is reading this. Once I have that laptop I will be back to regular blogging...I think. No promises! :)

New Blog?

I was thinking about starting over with a new blog, but I don't know if that is what I really want to do.

I think I will keep thinking about it.

I love my iPhone

And that is not secret. She is perfect.

I got my first cell phone when I was seventeen. Most people I know had cell phones for at least 5 years by the time I got my first one! But my parents didn't think teenagers needed cell phones, so I never had one. Then I got my license, and my overprotective parents gave me my first cell phone.

It was a smartphone, but an android, and my dream phone had always been the iPhone. I knew my first phone would not be an iPhone, so I wasn't disappointed.

My phone had a slide out keyboard and it was a pretty good phone for a while. I always let my cell phone-less friend borrow it to text her boyfriend when were together, and she would slide the keyboard up and down so much that it started to loosen. Eventually it was hanging by a literal wire.

I was sitting on the porch with my sister one day and she threw pincher bugs down my shirt, so I stood up and screamed and flailed my arms, and my phone flew out of my hands and the wire separated and so my keyboard was in one spot, and my screen in another, and that was the end of that phone.

This was very disappointing. Especially because I had just exchanged number with my cute neighbor haha.

So the next day, I activated my dad's old junky android and that was my phone for 3 months.

But on a glorious day in June, I finally had enough money to buy my iPhone. She's an iPhone 4S. I have Virgin Mobile, so I had to pay full price for the phone, but it ended up being on sale during the month of June (I paid $400.00). All four hundred dollars were totally worth it because my phone is fabulous.

The iPhone camera has AMAZING quality. I love this, because I rarely carry my camera around anymore sadly, but I always have my iPhone handy. :D

Also, the apps for editing are great. I edit most of my pictures using these apps and the pictures always come out looking pretty good.

I also love how you can customize your iPhone with cases and how there are so many available for the iPhone! My current case is a California flag one from Tilly's. :)

Friday the 13th?

So today, is Friday the 13th.

I am not superstitious and I honestly don't believe in luck, but for a day that is supposed to be considered unlucky and horrific, I am doing very well!

Today is actually just awesome!

First things first, one of my friends is flushing all of her hard drugs down the drain and that makes me SO EXTREMELY HAPPY! Drugs are horrible things that seem fun, but get you hooked and it is so hard to quit, and  I have seen the toll it has taken on her and I am so happy that she is taking this major step to recover!

Thennnn, I finally sent a package to that friend and she sent a package to me. We have been planning to do this FOREVER and we finally got around to it. It feels like Christmas and now I am going to be waiting for the package like everyday!

I also bought glasses online! (Praise GOD!) I normally wear contacts, but glasses are necessary to have around for lazy days, mornings and nights, or when my eyes don't feel up to wearing contacts. I  have glasses, but the prescription is wrong now, and they are way too big and the temples are different, so in a few weeks I will finally have a nice pair of glasses! I went big and hipster again this time. But even better than the last time I think. :)

I also took two walks today. One around my block and one through downtown, where I purchased some pretty good candy haha

My job is going well (even though it is EXTREMELY boring). I am saving up to start taking phlebotomy classes soon! I am so excited about this. I can't wait to start pursuing an English degree, but I need money first, and working as a Phlebotomy technician will be a great way to raise up money and it is a good fall back career.

Also, I'm reconnecting with a certain friend (more than?) and I am hoping everything goes well in that area.

And now, every time I blog, I feel like I always give like a hair update! haha well I am in the process of going to a new exciting color, but I have to go white blonde first. So I am in a blonde stage now. Here is a picture. It's from today. I'm making a weird face, yes, but get used to it! :D
